Reminds me of traditional Chinese craft tea paste, which is an instant tea.
After processing and fermenting the unique arbour and large-leaf tea leaves in Yunnan, the fibrous substances in the tea leaves are separated from the tea juice by a special method, and the obtained tea juice is reprocessed and reduced to a higher level of solid instant tea.
After being extracted, the tea becomes solid-state, as if the process of established, put it in water and return to the liquid state again.

I picked the leaves back from the park. And pick them then heat them up and evaporate the water. to better extract the ingredients from the plants
Analyse:
There were fewer leaves than expected as the water was evaporated. So next time pick more leaves. This leaf smells bad when heated, next time I'll do my research before choosing a plant. It is best to pick plants that are more conducive to the human body.

According to the paper, I read earlier, the method with the highest extraction rate is to mash the whole leaves to allow more of the surface to get steeped. After boiling and steeping overnight, the tea polyphenols have been soaked out of the leaves and then the leaves are separated from the water. The separated water continues to boil until the water becomes sticky.
Analyze:
In the thesis, it says that the steeping time should be longer if you want the tea to taste better, but as my aim was not to drink it, I ran it through the night in the hope of getting more extraction. During this process, one needs to keep a person at the side of the pot to watch and stir.
