The reason I chose jewelry as my medium is that most jewelry nowadays chooses materials such as gemstones, amber, and some minerals. These materials are also substances that can record evolution.
So why fossils can not?
I reprinted small plates with different clay and plastic, some of them were sent to the ceramic workshop for burning, and the other part to the casting workshop for sand casting

Some of the cracked metal parts were beyond my expectations, but they surprised me.
I think the reason why I got that cracked texture is that my strength in the process of sand compacting was too great to break the model clay.
But it is more like the fossil and trace of time.
